We ship to all of the United States and Canada ( except Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands ). We do not ship to PO Boxes..

Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We prepare for shipping your orders after 24 hours once received and leave our premises within 2-3 days.

If you want to cancel your order it must be sent by email with your order number, full name, shipping address, and payment type. Once your order is ready to ship or already shipped it cannot be cancelled for any reason.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time- we cannot be held liable for the courier's guarantees, as well as holiday delays, inclement weather conditions or any strikes, we will not refund any late deliveries.

Most of our shipments include Tracking numbers with indirect Signature Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order please check with the shipping carrier. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been has been delivered to your order address.

If you live outside the United States, you may be held responsible for customs duties by your country. Check with your government

International shipping may take up to 3-4 weeks or more depending on where you live. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes.
